I dont under stand how to deal with these corp repair shops. Even when I go in for help with the mind set of being extremely reasonable, patient calm etc.....they cant seem to just listen to my concern. When I am there I feel like they are doing me a favor just because they are talking to me or customer. I am appreciate that they are there to help us but show some respect and professionalism. I realize that not all team members are bad apple's. The ones that are get u 1 star.

Was trying to get into the shop on 7/10/22 The girl at the counter, Jenn was rude and combative, she couldn't find my carriers account, after speaking to my breakdown dept, she was still combative, accused me of videoing her...she ended up calling the TA down the road but they had 9 trucks ahead of me, I ended up going to Speedco, I'll never do business with that Petro shop again

After serving 31 years in the military armed forces and all my drivers are vets from Vietnam all the way to Kuwait, the restaurant in this place does not honor veterans. As far as I'm concerned the owner is very commonest. If he wishes to take this to court I'm willing. please go ahead and delete this post because that's what I'm going to post in every newspaper around the USA including the Stars and stripes. No type of discounts for veterans that have lost their lives or disabled or have made it from Vietnam all the way to Kuwait and there's another one starting here shortly. That is totally dishonorable for any American citizen to deny veteran status especially that I am 80 years old now not even senior status at this Petro. You better get a hand on your management. Because I'm not getting at my age what do you think I'm going to do.....

Wonderful place, very clean restrooms. This facility has plenty of truck parking, hot fresh coffee. The restaurant was excellent 👌, hats off to the cook. He did an excellent job on our food. Service could have been better, but some people don't care about customers. Other than that it was great experience.
