Purchased a car battery and asked if they do installs. The associate told me no and that no O'Reilly store does installs any more. I then emailed the O'Reilly customer service folks to ask them to change the portion of the website that says they change most batteries. Customer service told me that they still do installs unless it is a difficult process that involves a certified mechanic. The associate never looked at my car.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's easy to befriend them if you come in a lot. If they don't have what you need most of the time that it can be ordered. They also give military discounts!

Absolute disaster. They ordered me a starter. When it came in it was the wrong one. They then looked up the correct one it was special order. And by special order they meant they couldn't order it. They were also $100 above what I could have gotten it for online. $180+ in store $75 on Amazon. I also waited on hold on to the phone before stopping to get the wrong starter for 27 minutes. And then waited for another 20 minutes in the store for them to stumble through helping about 3 customers in front of me in line.

I dont work here, but usually the best thing to do is call them. Typically 100% of the time they need more info than the model, and sub-model. I.E. make & model, motor model, trim type, ect.. or just have a vin # (vehicle identification number) ready when calling.
