Rude cashier , would not ring me up today around 4:45 because I was using snap (EBT) not only was that a lie she was rude and embarrassed me because I had no other way to pay. As you go into the store there is a snap except sign . To the right . Bought many drinks and gas there before . So of course I had to go to Sheetz to buy a drink It's hot out and had to tell my grandkids to wait had to go to another store . Sheetz was closer originally but always stop here before getting on the highway . A lie is a lie no matter how you say it . Take the snap except sign down if you stop taking it since yesterday.

This has got to be the best Pilot crew i have ever encountered. They may look intimidating but they're the sweetest and funniest crew I've encountered. Obviously the service here is excellent. The location although small and can get very busy but it is kept well maintained. Bathrooms are clean, trash is picked up and maintained in a timely matter, inside and outside. The only downside to this location is the size of the lot and the rough ground when pulling in. This location is highly recommend by me.

TV was out in the driver's lounge during the world series and Sunday football....No one on duty, nor the manager cared or had a solution. Parking lot is small. The pizza/wings place, inside is so good. Dunkin' Donuts has a coffee and donut station inside. Nice.

Gotta love Pilot Travel Centers. They sure save the day when on a long road trip. This one had a very nice and clean bathroom which is so much appreciated when traveling.
