I bought some MAF sensor cleaner this morning and had unplugged the battery. We ran into complications further down the road with our RV braking system due to the battery disconnect and stopped here. I explained that I just needed a plug reset under the dash where I couldn't reach. He came right out and did it. He didn't have to do this, he could have denied my request but he didn't. I am sending a huge thanks to O'Reilly for hiring quality people and an even bigger thanks to the gentleman that helped us get back on the road!! I'll always use O'Reilly autoparts.

Of all the many years I've been doing business with Checkers then now O'Reilly's. Always quality parts and good service. A big shout out and kudos to Brian at the Catalina store in Arizona!

Staff at the Catalina location are friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can see online what's in stock in the store, so I don't waste a trip looking for something that's sold out. O'Reilly is my go-to place, and I can't even remember the last time I bought auto parts anywhere else.

Counter Clerk was either lazy or dumb as a rock! Probably a combination of both. Purchased a battery for a Lincoln SUV and told no problem to install. Waited roughly 35-40 minutes clerk walked out looked under the hood and tells me he couldn't do it. Now my vehicle is stuck because I shut it off... Clerk didn't seem to care. Called a guy from a towing service who just happened to have been a manager for O'Reillys he comes down looks at battery and promptly informed me that there was no reason the clerk couldn't change the battery. Thankfully he gave me a jump I left went a mile down the road and in 25 minutes had my vehicle fixed at Brakemax. Don't usually write this much but such terrible service provided by any company makes me chatty!

O'Reilley's installs for free MOST batteries purchased from their store. Some vehicles are too labor intensive to install by their employees.
As far as I know of it does not I believe the assembly is just the pump and possibly the strainer. I can research it and see but from what I know of it doesn't.
If it's fairly easy, they may do it. But some batteries are more involved and so don't count on it. You can always ask.
I dont believe they do, its not common on a vehicle to have bare copper wire. I would suggest home depot.
