Horrible service, and I would never let a customer leave unhappy. I use to be a store manager at Autozone in Indiana, and my DM would definitely not stand for this type of service..

In response to Leah Philips review, my coworker greeted all the customers because they came in at the same time, he then approached and asks her if she needed any help and she just walked away and starts looking on her own so then he starts helping the next customers that were ready to checkout. My other coworker, Fletcher, was busy helping 2 different customers with finding products way before until she just walked over to his counter and stood for 5 minutes while he and my coworker are helping the other customers that came before her and at that point she walked out saying we didn’t greet her assuming racism. Never at that moment she asked for help knowingly they greeted and asked if she needed any help in the beginning, no response from her end. She called afterwards, and Fletcher did the correct procedure as an AutoZoner employee to help our customers and he answered all of her questions that she needed answered but she decided to just hang up on him. I’m a Latina myself and know them well enough that they are not racist people. It was just the 2 of them there on a very busy Sunday morning and they did the best they could.

Stood in line for 10 mins no one greeted or said anything to me. It’s understandable that they were helping others but when you see some waiting with a purchase in hand. You can at least say “sir, we will be right with you”, after 15 mins of waiting and hearing others (non ethnic) people getting helped and hearing how they’re orders weren’t processed correctly. I ended up leaving. I won’t be back to this location again. And I’m a valued customer with AutoZone. Remember to greet your customers and acknowledge them when they’re standing and waiting in line patiently.

Had to go there to replace my car battery. Luckily, it was still under warranty. Manager Chris helped me out. He was very helpful with the entire process. He replace the car battery and I was on my way. I been there few times and the entire team provide me with exceptional customer service. I want to thank Chris and his team for their outstanding customer service they provide.
