One of my best customer service experiences anywhere. A big shout out to the manager Mark! I was out with the family when I felt power steering go out, A/C stopped blowing cold and my auto temperature began to overheat. Pulled over and checked under the hood to find my serpentine belt in tatters. I called the store and explained my issue. After leapfroging my vehicle to the store, Mark found the belt and helped me get it installed. 30 minutes or so later, we were on our way home. Thank you so very much!

Star was especially helpful to me last week when I brought my battery in for testing after my Honda suddenly lost power. The battery was so dead it couldn't be tested so she suggested to charge it completely to test it properly to be sure the problem was with the battery and not the alternator. Sure enough, the battery was fine, just drained. The alternator had gone out and they gave me a fair price on a new part and a suggestion for a mechanic down the street who was fantastic and got the car running for a great price the day I called him. Happy ending to a bummer start to the day!
