Best place to go, Abrams is awesome and the nursing staff is awesome too and so are the receptionist. Would recommend to anybody and have recommended to family and friends and the ones that went there like it as much as I do.

Do not go to this clinic, specifically Dr. Shands. Her and her office staff are unaware of what the other is doing and in my opinion they are trying to keep women from accessible birth control and other methods of preventing unwanted pregnancy and they're doing it under the guise of "insurance authorization". They have spent the last two months keeping me from replacing my birth control. During, my visit with Dr. Shands she blatantly told me everything is okay and its no issue replacing I just have to go through these consults and jump through these hoops and complete these steps and visits she gets paid for but then has her staff do the dirty work and contradict everything I was told in my last appointment and then refer me elsewhere like planned parenthood "if I need it so bad." They are not good doctors for women. Do not trust their services or their lies.

I got a call from the office telling me the doctor needed to discuss my latest labs, I said well no rush I don't want to be a bother, she says no the doc needs to talk to you tomorrow morning ok? I agree and show up, get told I have diabetes, ok Go home 2 days later I get meds and a letter from the doc's assistant telling me that my labs were normal with slight increase sugars! Now I am no member of Mensa but those don't quite mean the same thing! As someone with severe trust issues this is not good! Normal is not diabetes! Get your stories straight! I would give 0 stars but they won't let you

I love this facility. My primary care provider is Kristen Abrams, and she is so friendly, professional, and compassionate. I truly feel understood and respected when I discuss health concerns with her. It's so refreshing to have a provider who is totally on the same page with me about health! The front desk staff are always friendly as well. I also love my interactions with the medical assistants -- Daniel is my favorite, always so good-humored and kind. The whole facility seems to work well as a team. Appointments are always timely and communication between staff is clearly efficient as well. For once, I actually look forward to going to the doctor! I whole-heartedly recommend this facility!
