I don't know if it's closed but... From A Temporary Teriyaki Griller Up the Street, I think They are Missing out on $1,000s right now in a Strategic Location. It's Cold, Snow Birds Are Here, Our franchise a Street over Is Poppin', Schools going to Convention Center, Basket Ball Coming Up, Winter Lights Going Up, Cats Coming Out To Play....... all things are Lining up. WithOut Burgers... it's Almost UnAmerican. 🏈 ⚽ 🏀 ⛄ 🎄🍔

Double Bacon Burger and the nearly endless sea of french fries! Can a middle aged man have it any better?! Well ok.. this place is a far second to Pete's Fish and Chips down on Van Buren east of 27th av. but, I didn't want to wait that long to get over there. So Five Guy's is pretty good for 2020. Sad though this place would have been an average even So So burger joint in the 60's. This is how bad McDonalds and the rest have brought down what was once an Icon of American Small Business.

This is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants for a quick bite. This location is clean, the area is close to the convention center so very convenient, a 6-8 min walk. The location was clean, service friendly and food was very good. Very cold in the restaurant - it was a reasonably warm day but very cool inside. We took our food out, it was not comfortable ti eat inside. Typical Five Guys chain Restaurant located at Phoenix, in the shopping center parking area. Peanuts, great five guys potatoes and shakes and very good hamburgers cooked to your liking. They also have hot dogs, etc.

Everytime I go to Five Guys, it costs a little more, and you leave a little less full. It now costs almost $19 for a double Bacon cheeseburger, Med fries, and Med drink. The patties are not as big as they used to be, and that is messing with my interpretation of the taste. I swear it's not as good but I can't be sure if it's just because of sticker shock. The fries, are still delicious, and might be the only thing besides the hot dogs that I ever get at full price. The peanuts, as always, are a welcome and delightfully gratis offering. 15 years ago this novel chain's M.O. was the stuff of legends, now it's just a mediocre foil-wrapped burger that takes almost 10 minutes to make even though you're one of 2 people waiting for food.
