Nasty fries soggy, then, I asked for a fresh batch and they gave me this. Would NOT recommended this location.

I ordered the peppercorn ranch chicken club grilled and it was the most gross sandwich I have ever ate. The bread was soggy and the chicken had no flavor , they charge $9.99 for it and honestly I wouldn't pay .99¢ for it. Seems like the food quality is going down with a high rate of negative. Ordered biscuits and gravy last week and the gravy was so watery that my dogs wouldn't even eat it.

If I could not leave any stars I would! Horrible.. waited 20mins and asked for a refund was not going to wait any longer. Food was not even on the grill! Homeless, crack heads going in just getting free soda from the soda fountains. If the managers wear blue shirts she never said one word to those people. Never apologize for the bad service. People walked in saw the wait and walked right out. Don’t waste your time stopping at this one. It should be shut down!

Whataburger remains the best Burger for the price - ever! It had a close competitor at "Lotta Burger" (remember this burger?). These new places just don't even compare. I went to a food truck gathering and bought a hamburger - for $15! No fries. No soda. Cook it how you want, add whatever...its still hamburger! Maybe it's the familiar taste that reminds me of the past. What-ever it is, they have kept that same great taste for years and are still pretty affordable. No 4 is my favorite, and we are four generations of fans. For the longest time, my kids thought the name of the place was Want-a- Burger because every time they wanted a burger, that's where we would go. Now, they go on their own and call to tell me. I still eat them and still think What-a-burger!
