Is it okay to use good customer service to hide how disgusting your place is? They like to use sanitizer to clean gloves instead of changing them and at times I’ve seen them go in the back touch everything then go to the front like nothing happened

I received lukewarm at best food and when I bid into the lemon pie it wasn't properly cooked as it was liquid goo that burnt me all over my body and all I got was an oops sorry will get you another one which was the same effect
