If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I asked for the banana pudding shake and fries but they decided to tell me after they swiped my card that the ice cream machine is broken. As soon as I said I wanted the shake that’s when they should of communicated to me that it’s not an option due to the ice cream machine being broken. If I would of knew the ice cream machine was broken I would of never purchased the fires either. I wanted to have my fries with my shake. The customer service was mediocre. So I went to the location on Indian school and they have wonderful customer service and was able to make my shake so it made up for it would not recommend this location at all!

I was given the wrong order. I had to come ALL the way back to get the right one. 😖 That was 10 miles round trip. I gave four stars, because they were quick to replace my order and upped my order with a large fries and an apple pie 🥧 Good job on the manager’s part.

I took my parents to this Whataburger on Bethany Home Road for lunch @12:00. Date May 8th, 2022. This place is so clean and wow they have their act together! We had our food in 5 min and there were lots of people! The staff was so friendly, everyone greeted us and said goodbye too. Will definitely return to this Whataburger again! 🤓

This is probably the best Whataburger I've ever been to. The staff were very friendly and the service was like no other. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich and she said it was the best she's ever had. She didn't even touch her fries until she was done with it. I had the green Chile double and I was not disappointed. They've also got the bluest powerade I've ever seen. Everything was hot, fresh, and efficient. The staff seems to get along great there as well which is a rare sight to see in this industry. I saw them all having fun and laughing while they were prepping the food. I'm so glad we stopped here instead of a run of the mill fast food place.
