Positive: The check in process was easy I suppose. Negative: This is actually a motel, with many long term residents. Residents loiter around the parking lot area and lay in the street. Many nearby suspicious resident behaviors. Room smelled like cigarettes. I ended up not staying because I did not feel safe.

Excellent staff, rooms are very clean, and the beds are some of the most comfortable I've slept in. Only good things to say about extended stay. Every employee has went above and beyond so really make you feel at home. I am in between getting an apartment and this place is as good as it gets to home. Would definitely recommend staying here because it is affordably priced as well. I would recommend booking online because you will get a cheaper rate. Good job extended stay America

The room was filthy and roach infested. We pulled off the sheets to find the mattress covered with dead roaches. Manager didn't care and was very rude. The room was not furnished as advertised but considering the roach infestation we wouldn't have used their dishes anyway. Manager admitted they clean the rooms only every two weeks. We left early and had to argue to get refunded for the nights we didn't stay. No credit for our two nights in roach hell.

First off: solid 4 stars for customer service. The front desk folks we worked with were generally pleasant and friendly. We left because we were seeing pretty obvious signs of drug use in the room. Not just a little "huh - maybe?" sign which can show up in any hotel. From the photos, you can see dozens of burn marks on the bathroom counter and brown splatter on the walls/ceiling/light fixtures. These are big signs of heroin use. We were able to get a new room and it didn't have the telltale drug signs, but there were signs to not keep valuables in the room, double lock the doors, use the safety deposit box in the office, etc. The double locks were loose as if they had gone through some damage. We're not fancy people, but this was all too much. We put our suitcases back in our car, got a refund (loving the customer service - thank you), and left. Again, the people were lovely, but there's no way we were staying.
