Pizza was good for the price as usual with any Little Caesars. Took one star off because if you order more than 4 pizzas online they dont put it in the pickup oven and that wasn't very clear. Probably more of a corporate/app user experience issue than an issue with this particular branch.

Tried to order today and more than a 2 hour wait. I showed up and got one of 2 hot and ready pizzas. Apparently and order for 195 pizzas was called in and the managers decided to commit this store to that while foresaking all other orders. What is a Detroit guy to do? Domino's from now on. An order of that size should have been either split between 2 or 3 stores or denied at such short notice. I have ordered sandwiches or pizzas for over 100 people a few times and had the courtesy to order days ahead. Thank you to the managers for making my choice in pizza easier. My apologies to the Illitch family.

We love Little Caesars but this location is terrible. I understand staffing is an issue right now but that does not excuse quality. The wait times are also never accurate on the portal.

If you are looking for a cheap quick meal, I do not recommend this location. My friend and I went here to get a hot n ready pizza at around 7 o’clock and I am sure by seeing how many stars this review has, you guessed it wasn’t hot n ready, which would be correct. I am not sure why they advertise hot n ready between 4-8, because they are never ready. So we ordered anyway and we were quoted a 10 minute wait. We got an extra most bestest and an order of crazy bread. After about 10 minutes I went back in and it wasn’t ready, I was then quoted another 5 minutes. So I waited and then it took another 15 minutes (25 minutes total). I don’t mind waiting, I mind being lied to about the wait time. Just be honest and upfront about it. So I finally got my pizza (yay)! I took it home and the cheese was all burnt and it looked like it had been cut using a lopsided butter knife. See the picture below. Obviously I was not happy about this and was not willing to put it in my body, so I called them and told them I was coming back to get a new pizza. They were super nice about it and gave me a new pizza when I arrived. Which is why this review has 2 stars and not 1. I asked why happened to the first pizza and they said that when their pizzas sit out for too long, the moisture is removed from the cheese. If that doesn’t concern you, I am not sure what will. Not only did they admit to leaving their product out, but they also knew there was an obvious error with the pizza and still served it. How unique of a business plan. Anyway, I caution you to stay away from this place. Nice that they replaced the pizza, but after seeing the first one, I think it was clear that no one had an appetite.
