Terrible management. Since the reopen whenever I go in something goes wrong, this location also cancels my delivery order every single time through different services. Honestly this is the only location that is convenient for me and I'm losing interest in popeyes all together because of it.

Horrible quality spicy chicken sandwich. Both buns were filled with grease and a tiny amount of sauce. Also missing 2 large fries that I was told were in the bag. This place wasn’t good before the fire but I gave it another chance hoping for better results. I will not be going back unfortunately.

First time getting food at this popeyes since it reopened. Not sure what happened, but they took awhile to take orders through the drive thru, then once they did they wouldn't let me finish my order before interrupting me several times. Then they would repeat my order & it would be wrong! Took several times to get it right. Nobody was nice or cordial at all. Then received wrong drink. Asked for right one and was given it with no ice. Asked if they were out of ice and was told "oh yeah". Well, would've been nice to know before hand because I wouldn't have bought it without ice! Not sure I'll be going back anymore.

I was hoping that in light of the restaurant reopening there would be stricter standards as well as better experience overall. I am pleased with the order taking and how they walked me through but when it came down to the presentation and execution they had failed. The fries were not fresh, the chicken nuggets were mostly breading and very little chicken. On a positive side the drink selection was great and the Hawaiian Punch had a great taste. I hope they can do better which I know they can.

Tim seems to be the issue in my opinion. Had bad visit myself. I am sorry you had to deal with this location and Tim.
Not sure, staff wears gloves and masks, we only go thru drive thru...
Try both ways. Then, you'll know for the future :)
