Pam is an outstanding realtor! We had a very aggressive closing (less than 3 weeks from viewing) and Pam (along with her assistant Sabrina) stayed on top of all obstacles that popped up and got us to closure. Aside from making sure inspections (and re-inspections) happened on time she made sure all remedies were made (some by seller before closing others in price reduction). Her job was especially challenging because of shortcomings by our lawyer (assigned via MetLaw) who needed a lot of oversight. I was also impressed by Pam's integrity. She worked hard for us and I will definitely be using her services again when the time comes. I highly recommend her.
