Take a look at those responses from management on the other reviews. WOWWZA. It's a wonder how they have a job. My experience with Maxim was fair to start with. I was searching for a rental house and they had some that kept popping up in my searches so I reached out. The agents were really slow to respond, and gave conflicting information. The company requires a full application to be submitted in order to tour a unit. Yes, including your social. Coming from someone who works in the property management industry, I understand wanting to confirm identity for your agent's safety, and pre qualify someone before everyone's time is wasted on a tour. There's no need to run my credit to view your property. Anyways, thanks for the entertainment with your responses on other reviews! Good luck in life.
