Very peaceful all the time. Dog friendly, and 3 miles from town, many places to shop, eat, relax, hike, or go horseback riding. Not to mention onsite pickup and dropoff of landuary services if needed. At night if you listen you can hear the owls talk back and forth so clear its truely amazing. Its family oriented and neiborhood friendly. Hope to see ya

It was perfectly fine while Pete was alive.His daughters seem nice but I feel they have an agenda to push all the lesser rv owners or people of color out.If you're thinking about leaving,do not pay your entire rent because they will not pay you back what they owe you,instead they will not answer your phone calls or texts. They owe me over $400. I will sew if I have to.Its been six days now since I moved my camper and cleaned the lot I still haven't recived my prorated rent returned.I paid them on venmo Feb 2nd $500.I guess they must be some broke people.

This place is AMAZING!!!! It is so beautiful and quiet here! Carmen and the other lady that run it are absolutely AWESOME!!!! They are super nice and willing to work with you as long as your are honest with them!!!! You don't find that at too many places now a days! I can't wait for all the upgrades they are in the process of installing to be finished. They will make the park even more beautiful than it already is. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an rv park in the area!!!!

New, just getting started but already full. Wish each had just a little more space as I'm looking for long term ( 5 or longer years) . Looking forward to them expanding. People were friendly. Owners also.
