Economically friendly, but below average golf course with above average greens. With several holes lined with houses (particularly dog leg style holes) it makes it hard to want to return. Some greens are cut too close to OB with hills framing the green, a miss of 5 yards will cost the player a ball due to it kicking into dense shrub/weeds.

Greens and fairways are in great shape! Also, The Bistro is pushing awesome for both food and drinks!
