The lady manager was not very friendly and helpful . She seemed to be very impatient with my questions about my purchase . I don’t work there of course she shouldn’t assume that I know what she’s talking about . When I said that can you do it for me o don’t k ow she said I’m not touching your phone rudely . And when I told her that when I purchased the item over the phone they told me the store can help me set up she said immediately you can return the phone if you don’t want it . Poor customer service from this manager

They may charge a fee for phones not purchased from Verizon. Be careful, because some Verizon locations are authorized retailers, and will not do for free what an official Verizon store will. They will charge you to transfer contacts, for instance, whereas this can be done by the user or official Verizon free of charge (this from experience).
Very covid safe! You don't enter until their available for you. There is a sanitizer station with masks at the front door and all the employees are wearing their masks correctly!
