The house we stayed at is lovely. Lea and Sydney with reservations and the front desk (rentals) were extremely professional and an asset to the community. The overall experience was a bust though. I won the trip to Seabrook via a radio station contest and paid extra for a larger home so we could take our mom and family. We were assured the gift cards and other prizes that came with the prize package would be in the house upon arrival. Nothing was in the house so I contacted reservations and they were out. I reached out the next day and no one knew anything about them. I was called after we left and an insulated tote with coupons were out at the front desk but the gift cards to be used while we had our Seabrook experience were still missing. I was told to contact Lily Marsh and left several messages with no response. Seabrook does not honor promotions the give our on local radio stations. Our mom was so looking forward to her "shopping spree" and unfortunately that did not happen due to the lack of follow through by Seabrook marketing

My favorite place in the world no longer. Seabrook was so charming that it's where I got married and spent multiple vacations per year. This last trip I was incredibly disappointed with Seabrook and their staff. - I confirmed over the phone that we could park in the garage at the house we were staying at. When we arrived, the garage was full of items and housekeeping said they could remove them, and that they would look into having the photos on the listing updated. (haven't been updated in the 2 weeks since I was there) - I left a review on their website 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been posted. It looks like they are only posting their 5 star reviews which is incredibly disappointing that they aren't honest about the homes. Someone could really benefit from reading my review when making a decision. Most people would want to know if the garage shown isn't for them to use. - The customer service and follow up has been lacking. I was told someone would call me on Monday while I was there, still waiting for someone to call me. I reached out today to see why my review hasn't' been posted. They don't seem to know. They had offered me a make good of about $100 that still hasn't shown up. I reached out today and they apparently didn't have the information needed and didn't know why no one had reached out. - While I was there the person I spoke with made up rules about how we could use the property. I asked where those rules were since they weren't in the rental agreement or on the terms and conditions on the website. She wasn't sure and 'would have to get back to me'. Very sad as this was my favorite place and my peaceful place. This was my second anniversary visiting where we got married. This could have been easy to turn around without making rules up and taking action to make the situation right. This was a complete customer service fail. I probably won't go back anytime soon and we'll try somewhere else for our anniversary next year.

We have stayed at Seabrook a few times and always had a positive experience, but our last stay was unbelievable poor. We stayed at "Buoyed By Love" home which should be named "Buoyed by Bed Bugs". We got them from our stay, and Seabrook Mgmt would not help out in anyway, and very disappointed in their response with this issue. We sent pictures of bug bites and prescriptions from our doctor, and they took responsibility. Their response was they we sent in a professional to review, and found no signs of bed bugs. Once again, very disappointing.

One of my favorite places to vacation! The staff are always friendly and helpful. We had issues getting into the house when we first arrived and maintenance showed up in less than 5 minutes to help fix the problem! Have only gone in early spring, this year looking forward to going in the summer as well!

Hello, Carlos! Thank you for your inquiry. Seabrook is open to the public, we welcome all visitors to come and enjoy the shops, restaurants, beach accesses, and trails. Certain amenities, such as the indoor pool and fitness center, do require a reservation for access. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we hope you're able to come by!

Elk Creek neighborhood is great for quiet and ocean views and close to the beach. We stayed at Into the Mystic and had a wonderful trip with two families together with a dog, it's great for four adults with pet and kids, but could work for six adults as well.
