Yup - it’s true, those five star reviews are not fake. I can’t remember the last time I felt so good about guided lessons/expeditions. My family of 10 took surf lessons in the morning with Buck and his crew; and some of the older folks in our group did a canoe/kayak expedition later the same day. I’ll come to Buck - but first up, he has assembled an exceptionally friendly and capable crew; they are customer obsessed. My family were visiting the NW from warmer climes, had never surfed, couldn’t swim and were generally intimidated when I urged them to give it a try. They couldn’t be happier with their experience - Noah, Valerie, Uriah and Ellie were amazingly patient and helpful in ensuring a great experience. Coming to Buck himself, he called me ahead of time and I could see how customer focused he was. He took me separately to somewhat deeper water for a SUP surf session - I had a blast; even though I was _way_ outside my comfort zone. I felt safe with him around. He is patient, calm, encouraging and of course quite good and experienced in the conditions. I can’t wait to get back for more lessons to improve my skills. Give BucksNW a try - no matter what your experience level; you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I did a surf lesson, and it was SO MUCH FUN! I hate being cold and I’m not the most athletic. But the wetsuits with booties keep you nice and warm! And the lesson was perfect for anyone with ZERO experience. We are definitely going to keep surfing whenever we can! We also rented bikes and road around Seabrook to check out all of the cute beach homes. Oh my heck is this town adorable! The bikes are a must. I would 100% recommend using Buck’s NW. Buck and the staff are awesome!

For quite a few years now Buck’s shop has helped us make a family tradition of adventures recreating at the beach. Great bike rentals and even new bike purchases as our kiddos have grown into larger riders. The mountain bike group rides out on the new trails was a blast. We look forward to checking out the surf shop this summer.

Every visit to Buck's Bikes we have had over the years has been great! We've rented bikes on multiple occasions and have always received great service. I recently wanted to buy a bike and helmet and wanted to shop local. I was looking for a used bike and a safe helmet. Buck was great at helping me find both at his shop! He goes above and beyond to help people find what they need!
