Great place to camp

Great community where a bunch of wonderful people reside! Everyone comes together as a family to get things done! I absolutely love it here!

Discrimination is rampant here. The manager loves to send out letters passive aggressively stating the rules whilst she’s handling out with neighbors and getting drunk and just plain loud. The maintenance is a joke because it’s the park drunk with no experience or training. There’s no WiFi, I fork out extra money for an amenity they claim they have. They won’t allow you to have your own washers and dryers and then decide to not let you use theirs. This place is a giant legal lawsuit waiting to happen.

Not bad at all. Posted directions are vague
Not an RV retailer. Campground. You want Camping World, 3 exits south on I-95.
Yup

Don't believe they allow tent camping
It depends on the lot area. There's lake front lots pull through lot's and regular lots. Just need to call front office and they will tell you what you need to know
They say thay do but I couldn't find it. So don't count on it. I have free data so no biggie for me. Was there just last week. I'd go back again, hate to say this but we were the noisy peeps there not on purpose just bad timing.
How much is the lot rent and utilities
Yes! Best price you'll find. Plenty of room!
They have three full-time tent sites plus two dual format sites. These are located near the community building and face on the lake.
They also own a mobile home park next to the campground but I'm not sure if there are any open lots. It would be worth giving them a call.
Their waiting list is long
No.You can't park a boat. They don'teven let long stay RV ers to use their own boats in the lake. I have a very small pond prowler and I'm staying monthly but they want me to pay 10 dollars anytime I want to go fishing on a boat and still have to use theirs. Considering they have no pool and woke up my second day here with no working water, you would think they'd treat long termers better.
