If you're appointment check in time is 8:45AM wait until 9:30AM to visit the nurse another 20 minutes before reaching out to Doctor. Poor management & Irresponsible staff.

Don’t care about their patients.... Dentists are in bad communication and jump from location to location and leave without letting you know. Terrible service... I would recommend finding some other dentist that takes state insurance and hope you get something better than this. It’s a joke.

Most of the staff is very good and take their jobs seriously. But I went to one of the dentists today nguyen I think. Totally had no idea what they are doing. Was told the tooth was salvageable but she kept drilling and drilling till I needed to have it extracted. She took most of the healthy tooth with the decay. One of the worst dentists I’ve ever had.
