They gave me really bad service the chowmein wasnt very cooked, tasted stale, barely any vegetables on it, and it took them 25 minutes to turn in our food. To bad service

We have went to Panda first only taking credit card. Second time credit or exact change. Third time only taking cash. So gave them a twenty and ten. Could not give me back anymore then a five,I lost a dollar because they could not give me anymore. Well number one please have the person taking the order what way they are excepting money and or credit. Better yet post a big sign! Its rude. Always out of at least two dishes.

Ordered through the drive thru, they said it would be 7-10 min for one of my items. I said okay that’s fine. Paid and they told me to park. Well, I ended up waiting 25 min. No sorry or anything. Don’t tell me it’ll only be 7-10 if that’s not the case. Cars behind me got their food taken to their cars before mine. Bad bad customer service.

Not a great experience, just moved to Washington first time here at panda express. Then come in to panda for many years in California but this was a bad experience very limited menu had to wait for chicken teriyaki if I wanted that so I opt for orange chicken which was available the chow mein was not ready had to wait for that to be cooked. Needless to say I was dissatisfied with what I got because of the very limited menu and other items available or we’re not even cook yet am I wrong or is this not supposed to be fast food shouldn’t they have items cooking already? Anyway ask for extra peppers in the come Powell lady said we can’t pick through the food and was rude about it again we’ve been going to panda express for many many years never have any other location ever told us this as a matter fact most say that many people don’t even eat the peppers so they have no problem giving us extra However this location just said we can’t pick through the food rude, for a punishment for asking for Extra red peppers we got one just one. Visited again and I would say it was a little better but It took a long time to get served. The cashier tried to help us as she noticed we were there for a while and the server was busy with a large complicated order. When the cashier did come over and ask us what we would like Angel told her something privately as she walked back to the cashier area to do nothing but wait for Angel to finish which took a while. Very annoying to us as we just watch and wait till Angela was done. When she did help she was bossy.
