Wait took a while but that’s understandable. Other than that my experience getting my EBT card was great! The employee who interviewed me (Lewis Randall) was so kind and did everything he could to help get my family the assistance we needed as soon as possible.

I'm from the state of Georgia and I have to say the way you deal with people in need is phenomenal!! They made me feel comfortable and very at ease. They made the whole experience great and unstressfull. A million Thanks! You could really show other states how to treat their citizens.

Very rude and arrogant employees but I don't really blame them. The people in the waiting room were the like skid marks on the underwear of society. Give these employees a pass and try to be nice to them.

I thought that they were closed based on what I read on their website but when I went to their office they were extremely helpful got me signed up for Healthcare help me get everything I needed done for EBT and told me about other community action programs. Extremely friendly and wonderful people working here

Usually they will call your employer, if they can't they will try to call or ask for a letter from a coworker or someone else who can verify your income. Call the 866 number and ask, the operators are also social services workers and can help with that.
Yes! Go in the office and get a new one. Make sure they put your balance on your new card
You can tell them over the phone you want to pick it up
They don't they are open at 8 am
Yes it is! 10-2:00 EBT and other ID services til end of day. Tip call hotline for approval prior 1 hour estimate.
When she claims her taxes, she can out them on there and recieve the stimulus money for the girls through taxes. She also can apply for tanf and food stamps for them as well.
Yes. Only over the phone apply for this time.
go to the d.o.l. website and schedule an appt(most likely 30 days, you can't use the voucher online, u can get one online but it will either be 24 or 54 for a replacent or lost) then call the 800 number if the office is still covid closed and they will mail u one out then bring that to the d. o. l. in person appt u made
You usually don't have to transfer counties in WA for food or cash assistance, for housing our medical you may. To update your address you have to call or send a letter, there is no way to do that online.
You can call there customer service number to do it.
Just go to the office at the county that you're planning to move to no handle the paperwork
Generally $10K on first car. 2nd car counts entirely. Leased cars don't count. Some rare exceptions to these rules, but will be true for 99% of folks.
A person getting assistance. Is there a nimber to call to report them
Yes
Its best to go as they open at 8am the lines are very short and they are not gonna be crabby.
Go into the office for income reporting. They will also want to see a new lease agreement on a rent increase or note
Call the help line at dshs mon. Fri.
Oppirtunity Counsel. Thats my best advice. There are other programs available also. You just have to go down and ask questions and seek help
