The team at high gate are amazing. Big shout out to Annette who has treated my mum with patience and kindness while she would forget the time of day. They have always been on top of things such as switching her medications and ensuring she was adequately taken care of despite her memory loss. Her health at 86 has progressively gotten worse but the staff have been there with our family every step of the way. We value the constant communication to keep us updated on my mums health.

My mom was a resident at Highgate for a few months. All the staff were wonderful. From first phone conversations through a first visit, everyone at Highgate was so supportive and kind, and helped to make her difficult transition to assisted living easier. Mom's needs accelerated quickly, and everyone stepped up to provide her the very best care. Although her time there was short, she was very happy there -- she loved the folks who helped her, she loved the food, and she loved the facility. I was so grateful for everyone's compassion as her needs changed so rapidly. The nursing, caregiving, management, housekeeping, and front desk staffs were all exceptional. And many thanks to Doug, and Kelsey, and Annette, to name just a few outstanding folks...you guys are awesome. Thank you.

Kelsey has been a god send and such a wonderful person to work through the process and always quick to reach out. She has been so helpful and genuine helping my grandfather in law not only get a room, but also ensured to answer any questions or concerns we had. Jeff has also been very helpful and great through this as well. We were recommended this assisted living by many others and our experience has been smooth and we are so thankful of their service. Yes independant living is an option. Britt, the Community Relations Coordinator, is wonderful and can give you a tour. When you call the building ask for her.
