Always professional. Excellent staff and effective system for walk-ins or reservations. I have done both walk-in and reserved. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes and usually not more than five. The building is a bit ugly but quest has a nice, clean space inside. A bit hard to find the entryway the first time you try this location, but worth it. Ample parking. Would recommend this location.

It was quick to get an appointment and check in was easy. The staff were super friendly but seemed a bit disorganized.

Terrible service and to top it off the phlebotomist made the blood draw painful…almost 100% sure she made it painful on purpose because I was complaining to her about the service and she wasn’t listening to me so I started complaining to her about her listening skills and lack of empathy. Wish I had taken her name. Also she didn’t send results to right doctor so I had to go back. Decided on Unity location for the second go-around and the phlebotomist there was so helpful and friendly and it was pain free. That’s when I realized, “oh wow she was making this blood draw thing painful on purpose!” Meanwhile I was telling her to her face that she lacked empathy!!!! I don’t really blame her. She was probably overworked and underpaid. There seems to be no care paid to either customers or employees at this location. But if they’re still the only show in town I guess there’s no true incentive to change. Go ahead and post a generic form letter as a reply telling me you’ll forward this to your leadership team. I know it won’t make a difference.

The staff and blood draw was fine - no problems. However, it has been 4 business days, and still no results have been provided to me or my doctor's office. There was no complex testing to be done and usually I get results within 24 hours at most. They have not responded to my or my doctor's office email inquiries and there is no way for me to contact an actual person by phone. My doctor's office is attempting once again to get an answer from this location but I will not be surprised if the inquiry is met with the same indifference.
