I've been her almost 2.5 hours. I was told I was next. So was another lady, and she's been waiting 1 half hour. Several people have exited the office.

Crummy experience. Wait times to even get through on the phones are in excess of half an hour even if you show up at 8:00 am on the dot. Waited for two hours for my six month old grandson to be seen for an ear infection. They called us to come in just as we were pulling away and told us to come back so we did. By the time we got there they'd given his room away to someone else. I remember when doctors used to take care of people who were sick.

Good experience with provider, but the office administration is inefficient and function without any sense of urgency. Other urgent care facilities seem to refer to this walk-in clinic given that the providers appear to be more capable of handling a greater scope of care. There are extremely long wait times when calling. While primary/urgent care facilities are limited in this area, improvements in office administration could result in this location being a very good location.

Is it possible to give to give 0 stars? Worse clinic I’ve ever been too. Wait time was almost 3 hours before I even saw the doctor. Staff wasn’t friendly at all . Seemed like once they got to see me they gave me little to no answer, and just tired getting me out as fast as possible after waiting nearly 3 hours.
