Unprofessional and disrespectful. Never ask Fannie. Terrible experience from her. She chats loudly all the time with her friends. She even used dirty towel on my face. She asks me to give her more tips. When I refused , she became so rude and impolite. The front desk is also so irresponsible. Change my appointment without notice.

The front desk and fanny are so rude and illegally ask for tips. She is so lazy and use cell phone all the time. My back pain got worse. The service is bad and They force me to give them 15-20 tips. So unreasonable. I doubt if they have license . Should report them. Police should investigate this place.

Service are good. Also prices are lower than other places. But the masseur knows NO English at all. So it was little harder to make them understand how I want. Also they have mandatory $10 tips. So whatever the massage price + 10. I paid 60 for and hour massage. I will say it worth it.
