From the salesman Justin , JR , slim whatever his name is for the day to I believe Nancy in finance if that’s not correct name I apologize this was a very smooth experience !! Some other dealerships need to take note that at Richard Kay you are treated with respect and courtesy . They didn’t try to add thousands of dollars to the MSRP or try to add accessories that you don’t need to just raise the price even more . Great experience and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle . If your looking don't hesitate to give this dealership a visit you won’t be sorry !! Edit: Fast forward a couple weeks and I'm disappointed in the fact that I ask my salesman if he could help me with some accessories bu possibly getting me a better price. No response from email , calls but finally responded to a text but still no answer on the accessories so I called the parts department and received a quote from them on the accessory I was interested in and it was $765 where as another dealer had quoted me the same part for $400.......not sure whats going on with that but I am highly disappointed with this situation !!
