Purchased car there in 2021. Now Looks like a deserted lot when you pass by, wondering if still open.. Very Few cars to Sell, if any. Mighty Toyota must have fell Asleep at the Wheel..How can a Giant Fail so easily.? ,,, over a tiny bug, and a microchip. Was told recently ,"Sept.2022,,, there is a 12 to 15 months wait time... . So out of touch with Sales Staff. Also "business greater than ever" ?,,,, go by there , how can that be , lot looks nearly Vacant,,, Obvious , no cars ,trucks,etc to sell . How is : " business is greater than ever" >> the Truth ? Even owners Statement ," is a bit fibbie, ,",, exp. > have plenty of cars, trucks, suvs. to choose from ! Yea ,,, if you wait nearly a year. Must think Customers are blind,,, look at Lot, pretty much empty. Seeing is believing,,, not that much to see,,, go by there everyday !!! Very , very , Sad.

I recently had a bad experience interacting with one of the new cars sales manager, he was dishonest throughout the process, and rude. I then talked to the general manager and he was understanding to some extent (because he mentioned that this did not happened before but now going through other reviewers it seems that the rude behavior has happened before) but overall a very bad experience. Update after several months: Adding to my previous comment due to the response from the owner accusing me of lying. I had been leasing a car from here for 3 years and was planning to purchase it. But due to this bad experience, I directly paid off the vehicle through southeast Toyota finance. I can add contracts and the messages, emails, etc. if needed.
