Staff was nice BUT Bed frame was held together with bungy cord, floor tile was coming up, there was a hole in the carpet. Has a 2burner stove, no dishes in rooms but they have some you can buy🥴 barely any water pressure in the shower. Not worth any money.

It has the bare minimum of amenities. The room #248 we stayed in had a toilet that sounded like it was filling all the time. The staff was courteous but we had to wait forever for an associate to come to the counter.

You get what you pay for. My wife and I stayed here from Jan 2021 - Aug 2021. Multiple times where we required move due to their inconvenience and zero help to us. Holes in the bathtub, almost all rooms smell of with smoke or urine from pets. Management and staff are also terrible. I was locked out of my room for over an hour while moving from the 1st floor for their renovations. The staff member was dead asleep. Toon multiple calls from the lobby phone before someone got a hold of “Jed”. The main manager lies constantly about how the company require you to book minimum of days in order to keep the same rate l. Every time we extended l, it was literally arguing with her, extremely unprofessional and you get nothing but ghetto vibes here. Again, you get what you pay for, pay the extra few bucks and stay next door.
