Just had a great experience this morning with Julia! I made an appointment for 9:30am last night and was called in by 9:47. I immediately let her know that I have anxiety before getting blood drawn, have fainted in the past and would prefer to lay down. Julia was hands down amazing, sweet and accommodating. She took my fear away and kept asking me how I was doing. I was out by 10. The location was pretty crowded with walk-ins so I highly recommend making an appointment.

I used to go to Quest for all my lab work and had no problems. Now it is just going downhill as far as any kind of personal assistance. It’s gotten to the point that there is no one to get any kind of questions answered or assistance with making an appointment. I called to make an appointment and didn’t get anywhere with the auto voice assistance. So I went online to make an appointment and the same… I thought I had successfully made an appointment but when I got there at 9:20 am the tablet to, AGAIN, enter my information tells me that I don’t have an appointment 😤 It asks if 10:10 works for me. Well I was fasting and had a Dr. appointment in an hour so I just left. I went to Lab Corp and they were walk-in accessible, a human was there to take my lab orders and put in my ID info to their reception tablet. I was immediately called and out the door in no time!

No front desk staff ! They gave me a difficult time because I was not wearing a face mask! I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face mask. I checked in and when my appointment time had passed I asked why I had not been seen yet. The staff member only said I needed a mask and would check to see why I had not been seen yet. When I mentioned I had a medical condition so I couldn’t wear a mask she walked away from me and did not check for my appointment. Staff members are really rude ! Zero people skills! Very unprofessional staff! I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! This facility does not need to be in business

Lots of people waiting at waiting room. The staff worked as a team to make sure we were all taken care in a timely matter. April was so professional when it was my turn to get my lab work. She explained every step and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Quest Diagnostics East Side office.
