Ordered online to avoid the long wait times... Picked up my order only to get home to find out one of the combos was incomplete and the food was cold. The fries were unseasoned, soggy and brown like if they sat in old burnt oil for a long time. I called the store to let them know i was missing a 10pc but was put on hold forever. I was on hold the entire time it took me to drive back and still waited in line and was still on hold. The dining was dirty and there was a huge fountain drink mess on the floor. Ice was all over the ground. No wet floor signs. Huge safety hazard.

Ordered food to be delivered and as usual something was missing.. was told I’ll receive a refund in 7-10 days. Maybe if they actually checked the tickets to make sure ALL the food is in the bag this wouldn’t happen. Just lost 6 customers..

Don't live close by so when order is wrong its a hassle to come back for the correct order . I agree with other comments, staff was not the greatest, unapologetic, didnt seem to care much. They provided me with the "corrected"order, checked it before I left and they got it wrong a second time this time it was under cooked. Had to wait for a third time, checked it again and they left out my fries. Good reminder not to come to this location.

I don’t really write bad reviews but tonight’s shift was not professional. There was no customer acknowledgment upon arrival, the place was really dirty, and the employees were just talking in a group maybe only two employees were really working during my visit. Please improve customer service and cleanliness. I’ve went to two other wing stops and there was better customer service and they were all working as well as taking orders seriously.
