Usually come here and have a pleasant experience with the family. You can't beat watching a movie on loungers. This location is for sure better than the one on Montana. I'm also glad to see the movie theaters are starting to get more traffic. Last visit was for Dr. Strange. It's amazing how audio can really ruin a movie. We were in 13. The audio was terrible. At times you would loose audio effects and the bass was non existent. It was disappointing. I did inform one of the workers there and they seemed to be responsive but nothing changed. I'm not an audio person but can certainly tell something was not right. Will still visit though since we are committed with their movie pass.

This is the Cinemark closest to where I live and I've never had any issues the staff is friendly and over all it's clean the pop corn is good. I've been ordering our food thru the app so I just go straight to our seats and our food is there already or they drop it off before the movie starts it's awesome

First off this is a pretty good theater with really good seating. The popcorn was not good and the theater was way overcrowded with many people talking. The volume in the theater was not well balanced and overwhelms your ears, my wife left with a headache. Alamo is a much better experience with better food and drinks.

Very pleased with how your staff assisted me. A young lady named Claudia stopped what she was doing to answer some questions I had she had a positive attitude and was very respectful. The theater was very clean as well for being one of the late showings.
