My first time taking r sxs there. Wondered what the noise was as this is r first time owning a sxs. He listened to it and drove it and told us it sounds like the belt needs replaced. We don't know how to do that so we left it there w them to get fixed and ordered another belt just in case of anything while we're out exploring. Can't wait to get it back and go exploring again!! They r so friendly and attentive. ------------------------------------------- Update: Omg we got r toy back today!! We can't thank John enough for not only fixing it but taking the time to explain to us what he did to fix it and told us what to do if we have an emergency while out and and how to fix it. But in all honey we've already said if something happens we will take it back to John w English to get worked on!! Prices where fair and and they did honest work!! I would highly recommend everyone to go there not only to get ur toys fixed but go support em and buy parts or toys!! All the staff there is amazing!! Such friendly ppl. 👍👍👍👍
