Wait staff was great but the steak was terrible, asked for medium grilled sirloin, was more like a breakfast steak: thin sliced and tough, was grilled well very little pink if at all. Broccoli was just steamed, no melted butter or other for it. Shrimp was done nicely but the "cocktail sauce" was just ketchup, no or very little horseradish. Disappointing.

I had Mac-N-Cheese. It was not that cheesy. It's not hard to screw up this dish. Please try & improve the flavor of this simple dish.

UPDATE!! Asst Mgr Don Graham called this morning! He addressed all of my concerns! He explained steps they have taken and repair will be done Monday-tomorrow!! Thanks Don for quick response and follow up answer!! Carolann No complaint about food or service! It was very good and typical Applebees style! But.. Appalled that the ladies room has a toilet that blasts water like a fire hydrant and doesn't stop. And they cant stop it. It will shut off by itself. Eventually, I was told..They told me that corporate wont fix it until sometime in June!! Colorado is experiencing fires and droughts!! The managers answer was ...what can I do? It's out of my hands!!

I had the riblets all you can eat, the first plate comes with ribs, fried and coleslaw. The plates after are ribs and fries no slaw :( but well worth it!

Some reviews are impulsive and all about perspective. Most places only comment if it's a positive review or detailed criticism. Something that contributes to their mission. Also I read your review, if what you say is true, then I would be upset. If you question a foods integrity, then take a sample to the health department. Keep it cool as you would with any leftovers. Document everything Incase you get sick. Keep your receipt
