Walked in at 9:50pm and asked whom I assume was the manager if it was too late to dine in and she was extremely rude. She was rude to another customer before me as well. Closing time was at 10:30pm on a Thursday night. I asked out of courtesy, no need to be rude. Seems like she's going through a power trip or under a lot of stress.

My whole family got sick to our stomachs within minutes of eating there. We've been to this location so many times and this is the only time we've gotten sick - unfortunately it only takes one time to turn you off forever.

The food was good, but the workers were super slow. They had one girl up front rushing us, but we literally had to tell her our order at least 3 times, for every side. She was so rude, she would ask us what we wanted and wouldn't listen. I thought it was ridiculous. Edit: we went back, huge mistake. We had to wait for them to make another side, which they said would be 7 minutes, 25 minutes later, it was ready, and then they forgot to add another side, so we had to wait another 15 minutes. Then, they weren't making it! I had to ask for the manager, meanwhile our food that was ready, they had sitting to the side getting cold. The manager was so rude and didn't care, she made excuses and said they were busy! But they had like 13 employees running around just bumping into each other doing nothing. In the end, THE EMPLOYEES ACTES LIKE WE WERE RUDE FOR BEING UPSET! WE WAITED FOR LIKE 45 MINUTES! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The rice (in the fried rice and brown rice) were undercooked. Very stringent on the meat in the portion (in beef broccoli, string bean chicken breast, and black pepper Angus steak)
