I haven't made regular classes in a long time, but I have attended many different workshops particularly thai massage/restorative yoga, iRest, and most recently learning about muscle release using balls. Great and knowledgeable teachers and calming studios. Trinity Yoga is an asset to our community.

Wow, it is hard to describe how impactful this place has been to me. I had never done yoga before, but my friend encouraged me to try it. I found a Groupon to give it a try and was so happy I did. I found Terry’s beginner classes. She is such an encouraging teacher, I love how welcoming she is! I now come several times a week. I can definitely say that I renewed my membership because of her! Do not be afraid to try a class if you are new, especially with Terry. It has been a few months from when I joined and now I have more confidence, am more flexible, and have a deep understanding on yoga as a whole, including the philosophy of it. I have incorporated the concepts into my life and started doing the poses in the AM. It has really improved my mental and physical health; I can’t recommend it enough!
