I worked at unidine in their Ingersoll place took almost 4 to 5 weeks to get in finally got in did love the job the residents at the Ingersoll place are awesome and then I have a supervisor who allows kids to be on their phone sit for hours upon hours not restock anything show up late when they want and there's no repercussions when I spoke to my manager he said something to his manager who in turn must have said something to the supervisor because the supervisor change the schedule didn't even let me know and wouldn't even look at me so I'm guessing it was just retaliation for turning her in for doing things wrong

yeah working for unidine was a complete joke, I worked at the location within Quartz Hill California at Mayflower Gardens. no sooner than I arrived there I was I was being pursued, flirted and accosted by the female management there a few months later I decided to flirt back however, once other female staff found out that we were going back and forth with one another. her embarrassment caused her to call her manager and lie on me claiming that I was the aggressor, although I submitted evidence to her boss showing that this was a mutual entanglemen tthey decided to let me go and keep her. had I been a woman and she a man it would have happened differently; talk about reverse discrimination.

I worked for this company for 14 months and decided to resign due to driving a unsafe vehicle after mgmt chose to ignore my complains. I left the company on lest than amicable terms.I am not a disgruntled employe but I am concerned about my safety.
