We have a box here, and have used their services for shipping, finding cool birthday cards, ordering nameplates etc. We have always had a good experience no matter what the occasion. All of our packages are there when we get their notification. People who think the notifications relayed by shipping companies are accurate are incorrect. You have to wait until you get the notification directly from this location. They've even worked with us on a freight delivery because we notified them, and agreed to pick up soon after its arrival. It's a small independent franchise without storage for giant items. This is the only reliable way to get our packages as residents off the beaten path in Pagosa. We pay annually for this convenience. If you're visiting our town, or don't pay for a box you should have your packages sent to your time share or where you are staying. Some of the reviews here are pretentious. Stephanie and her team work so hard, and they're all so kind and helpful.

Why does UPS always say they delivered my package when there’s clearly no package? I was outside when I got the delivered notification and not a UPS truck was in sight. They do really well for a while and then it stops 😩🥴

Went in on Monday of Xmas week (12/20) was expecting the worst… instead was greeted with a smile, patience and kindness. Thank you for making my day a little easier during the busy holiday season.

RUDE! 2 things to report. 1) had a large item delivered without notice or reason they turned back to freight company. We had to call to find out why and where it was as they were of no help to either us or freight company 2) I have a badge that expresses I can not for health reasons wear a mask. They absolutely have no concern for my health only want to yell from behind the counter and their mask to say I MUST stay outdoors and they will be with me when they can. I am happy to AND do stay more than 6 feet apart and they all have masks. Not sure why I am treated as a leper. IF THERE WAS ANOTHER UPS SHIPPING STORE (in town) I WOULD NOT DARKEN THEIR DOOR!
