We had a great experience with this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Bad. Management even worse. Don't want to work . Lazy and fragile. Don't know how to handle a upset customer at all. They disappear and you have to play cat and mouse. Not Marriott standard. This is my WORSE experience with a Marriott.

We requested a late check out and are told we can check out at 1pm. We go to sleep pretty late only to be waken up at 5 past 10 by a cleaning person that didn’t even knock the door and instead tried repeatedly to enter the room and got stopped by the mechanism on the door. I wake up to these very loud noises and think someone is trying to break into our room. We find out it’s the cleaning crew. Due to the shock and the adrenaline , I can not go back to sleep. Instead of feeling refreshed I check out of the hotel feeling very tired and groggy. In a way I am glad I wasn’t asked how my stay was at check out. Extremely disappointed.

Friendly staff. However there was a stain on my sheets when I arrived. Luckily it was on the outside sheet throw. Plus I always bring my own pillowcases and blanket. They did change it out the next day. I just wasn't impressed seeing it obviously. Close to the strip. Walking distance to the Vegas convention center. Food in the lobby was good but pricey. Overall nice place
