We left. We’ve been there 2x and each time the seating process is horrible. Wouldn’t seat us until everyone paid or everyone got their drinks. SEAT PEOPLE! We wouldn’t have left if we had gotten seated today! We will never go back there.

This place just can't figure it out. On three separate occasions i've waited over 15 minutes past my pick-up time after checking in my food. It has been an order for two and as simple as plain pancakes and bacon. Only to have the staff give me attitude when I inquire inside.

I usually don’t leave reviews so please read, I’m not gonna lie I understand when people get busy, I really do, but I’ve been sat and haven’t been helped for over an hour, I’m literally just sitting on the booth, no waiter or waitress has come to help me. If you decide to come here towards night time, don’t, I promise it’s not worth it. Like I said I’m not a person that ever leaves reviews but this is really crazy to me. Do not come to this ihop if you don’t want to wait 1-2 hours!!! Dead serious.

My wife and I went in this morning on Easter Sunday for breakfast, and was pleasantly greeted by a wonderful staff member by the name of Heidi! Food was no surprise, but the service certainly was! While the food was typical diner quality, there was nothing wrong with it to speak of, but definitely Heidi made our morning!
