They’re very difficult to work with and rarely get orders right as simple as medium double pepperoni. I should’ve taken a picture of the pathetic pizza they made. I’m never ordering from dominos again.

I've had significant trouble even ordering with this domino's for at least the past 3 months. Their store hours are incorrect on here and wishy-washy with their posted store hours. You cannot order online 75% and they do not answer the phone. I waited on hold for about 2 hours tonight just to drive by and see that they are not open. This has happened multiple times and that's why I checked. Further, the quality has significantly degraded and their times for order completion are several hours on week days. It's disconcerting to see just how far this store has fallen and how quick. It's a shame. I understand labor is difficult to find right now but please allow me to order from another store. After not eating pizza for a few months, I'm really considering never buying from domino's again.

My husband and I have gotten pizza here multiple times in the past months. The first three times they got our pizza just right and it was great! We didn't have any problems. One time I was early to pick up the pizza and waited a decent amount of time (my fault) and maybe ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes past the original time they gave us (not a big deal, it was a busy Friday night). One worker offered me a free drink while waiting which was kind. They seemed very busy and were trying their best I'm sure. They missed one of our toppings on our pizza one time but it was still great and only $10, I'm not going to complain. Mistakes happen every once in awhile, we are all human. I always order online and go into pickup and that seems to be the easiest way. They only have two phones it seems so if you are trying to call on a busy weekend you may have to wait a bit, plus all this poor businesses are short staffed most the time. All around, 4.5 stars. I've ordered from this location 10 plus times and my pizza is great each time and the service is great and fast. I think they do a better job than most people say but that's my opinion. I think you are doing great Bountiful Domino's! And frankly, you can't beat the 7.99 large pizza, only pizza hut beats that price and their pizza is totally awful.
