Awful service. I sat in the drive through line for nearly 20 minutes. The line wouldn’t move and there was no sense of urgency whatsoever to get the drinks out in a timely manner. I will not be coming to this location again!

Never open on time! Customer service is trash! At least let customers know or leave a note that you’re not opening until later!! If you want coffee early in the AM don’t waste your time coming to this location!

I used to go here. It’s aweful now. They do not care about their products. Their management and customer service is the worst I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Really sad. Go elsewhere

Lately their service hasn’t been the best. drinks don’t taste the same and they seem to be bothered by customers. I ordered a venti size cappuccino, when I grabbed it it felt light, I checked it and can see the foam to the top. Minutes later when I was about to drink it I took the lid off and it was only 1/2 way full. I was very upset, I paid for a full size and only got half of it.
