There are 2 incredible ladies at the Hurricane UT Great Clips named Melanie and Brianna who absolutely went above and BEYOND the “call of duty.” I am recovering from a rollover car accident which resulted in fracturing 5 vertebrae between my shoulder blades. Because of the placement of the fractures, the pain I experience while using my arms makes taking care of my hair very difficult. I was sobbing when I called Great Clips and began explaining the embarrassing state my hair was, specifically due to how much I struggle with brushing it. Melanie treated me with compassion, kindness, and respect as she explained how Great Clips would be more than happy to help. When I finally worked up the courage to actually go, I was greeted by Brianna who had been somewhat briefed by Melanie. Brianna’s kindness, friendliness, and professionalism was unparalleled as she trimmed away uneven, damaged hair which was a result of months of neglect and gigantic snarls. When she finished trimming it and styling it, I told her “I haven’t felt this pretty in such a long time.” Melanie and Brianna could have easily given me short, blunt responses and have the attitude of “all business,” but they chose kindness and compassion while still maintaining professionalism. I felt like I left Great Clips yesterday with a new-found dignity that I so desperately needed. Thank you Melanie and Brianna! You 2 wonderful ladies are angels 🖤

I took 3 children into this location after school, without signing in on the app. They were treated amazingly and even given a little extra pampering. Myra went above and beyond to take care of my daughter. We will absolutely be back!

I usually take my kids to this location !!!! My son was so disappointed with the results !!! He usually have his notes for the haircut he likes !!! I ask the lady if he can have the same haircut that is in his notes !!! And she said ok after she is done cutting my son she said there not notes for his hairstyle!!!! Horrible service!!!! Never coming back …

I have been here before and still find it a great salon. I have always been treated well and Joni and Melanie are a pleasure. I just found out why they like working here. Their manager is Myra and has infused the staff with her personality. That is why everyone is so pleasant and friendly. She is the epitome of caring and service. I easily see why the salon prospers.
