I would say sorry for the store since I had no idea before ordering for what is Take N Bake.... I ordered half and half and when I pick up the order I realized it is not baked pizza and I was really embarrassing (we are on the road trip so no way to bake the pizza..) However the owner just cancelled my order without question. I appreciate their kind and and help!

Ordered pizza and was barked at " we close in 20 mjnutes"! I said "we are on our way". We got there behind another gentleman so we waited for our turn. Nothing. So I went up to the door 3 minutes late and made significant eye contact with the two employees who ignored me for another 10 minutes while I stood at the door! I am sure their phones were very interesting. I am also sure all "unspoken for pizzas" get into their families bellies. Furious!! The other gentleman left without a pizza as well.

Can you say, yes please!?! I can get gluten free and regular pizzas and feed the whole family in one stop. From the basic cheese or pepperoni, to delicious chicken bacon artichoke. Yum all the way!! Whether you are a meat lover or straight veggies, pesto sauce or Alfredo you can make it happen. Deep dished stuffed pizzas or thin crispy crusts, it will settle everyone's appetites!

The pizzas were great. Well prepared, including a request to modify the amount of a couple ingredients. There were obviously issues with how the employees were managed. There were, no joke, at least 7 young ladies assembling pizzas with no apparent organization to how the pizzas are made. When we came in, there were no other customers. We ordered our pizzas and sat and watched the chaos ensue. Two customers who entered after we did, left with their pizzas before we did - in part, because one of our pizzas had been given to the second customer. Our last pizza had to be assembled again when the lady at the end realized we were still there. She asked what pizzas we had, compared it to what she had in front of her and then called down the line to another lady to make our pizza again. The distance from the cash register to the end of the assembly line is no longer than 20 feet and it was packed with at least 7 employees assembling pizzas. Couple that environment with no apparent leadership or organization to ensure that the correct pizzas are made and given to the correct customers and it doesn't take much to understand why there was chaos. We weren't in a hurry for the pizzas, so the additional wait didn't bother us but it's sad that a customer-oriented business was allowed to run like this.
