Positive: Front desk staff Negative: The carpet was filthy and old. There was human hair in the shower upon arrival. They needed to be asked to clean the room daily and supply fresh towels. Overall worst stay I have had in 40 years of traveling.

The guy booking the rooms was the friendliest guy I've ever experienced at any hotel. That man needs a raise. Thank you, kind sir, for everything. You made a stressful situation into a great one.

Nice. Mgr let me check the room first. Clean with a fridge and coffee maker. Free Continental breakfast was great with hot/cold cereal; coffee,tea,hot chocolate; toast and waffles. Saves $10 a person on food.

Positive: Nothing to like Negative: It was dirty and smelled bad, in desperate need of upgrades and repairs, the staff was non-existent, the neighborhood was loud at all hours, parking was ridiculous, the pool is the size of a small hot tub. I'd never stay there again.
