There's two distinct areas, and we stuck to the easy area referred to as Navajo. Several green runs here so we had some variety. The green runs here are nice and wide and my wife loved them. I skied the fresh powder on the sides. There's lots of families with kids and I would recommend this place if you have small children. The cafeteria style restaurant was good, with lots of seating inside and out that accommodated many on a busy St. Patrick's day. The staff were very friendly. Lift line on high speed quad went fast even though it was a couple of busy days. I can't speak to the other advanced area, but it looked very big, very spread out, with challenging runs. We only went to this area at the end of the day, not to ski, but it's where the only bar is located. We stayed in Cedar City, about 35 minutes away, and the drive was easy and scenic, with lots of restaurant choices.

Great mountains. We only made it to the Navajo side but it was awesome. We hadn't snowboarded in a decade and these runs were perfect to get back into it.

As Nordic Valley season pass holders, it was great to check out a new mountain for free! Even with the lack of snow, Brian Head didn't disappoint. The kids had a blast, the lodges were great, all the staff were friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt like a big party. Can't wait to go back again.

Fun times at Brian Head! 650 acres to ski or snowboard on! Utah’s highest base elevation. What could go wrong? This place comes highly recommended. The kids lessons they offer are incredible too. Incredibly nice instructors!

It is a bummer. But after 4 there's night skiing.
Should be a lot of snow this year but call resort the week before
It really depends on the weather...sometimes you don't get really good snow until December.
No powder. Ice about 3pm
If there is active snowfall you will need chains. Only one section of the road is fairly windy and steep with the majority of the climb being gradual.
Yes but they will need their own goggles if they are in a lesson
You can purchase the lift tickets online beforehand. Rentals are not included but there are a few shops to choose from.
No restrictions and social distancing is not an issue if you can go mid week. Plenty of space to have fun. Buy anything like tickets or lessons online, the earlier you book the better the price.
