This place was really nice for a ski resort that's been there forever. It's really old, but slept my family of 6 perfectly. We went during the summer and it was great! We went on some hikes, and there were plenty of activities to keep you entertained without needing to ski.

Very nice above the hill a little bit beautiful view attached to some sea lodges and now getting ready for mountain biking. Great staff, food was very yummy, Very worth it and we’re enjoyable relaxing property. I’m a Hilton guy and congratulations to them, I just heard that Hilton resorts in vacation club just recently taken them over !! If we are back in this area I will definitely stay at this hotel again thank you to the Fine management and the staff!!!

The good: 1. They use fragrance-free cleaners and do not allow smoking in any rooms, so this place is a blessing for people with fragrance sensitivities (but bring your own dish soap; that has fragrance). 2. It's so close to Navajo that walking was quicker than waiting for the shuttle most days. (Tip: leave the skis in the vehicle if you can to save energy from schlepping them up and down the stairs!) 3. Free laundry facilities that actually work! 4. If you are driving up in a big rig (tractor only), you fit in their regular parking lot! The side that is furthest from the main building has an extra-wide driving lane, so you can park straight in and cars can easily get around you. They tell you to park in the overflow, which is unpaved, unlit, and further away from the buildings, but that is not necessary at all. 5. We always stay in the suites: two bedrooms with a common area and kitchenette. The kitchenette is well-stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. Every room seems to have a beautiful view. The bad: There is an element of run-down-ness. There is a drawer in our current kitchen that is broken and takes muscle to close, the blender and dishwasher didn't work, and the oven takes a long time to heat up (maybe this is normal for electric ovens?). We didn't complain because we didn't want them sending people to our room while we were out skiing. I don't know how quickly they might have fixed any of this if we had complained. The ugly: If you have a large vehicle that doesn't fit in the garage (like our big rig), you are schlepping your ski equipment a flight and a half up the stairs and through three doors. The elevator is on the opposite end of the building from the entrance, convenient for those who can park underground, but useless for those of us who can't. All in all, we do love this place. It is so cozy, and we always enjoy ourselves when we are here!

Clean, comfortable, friendly and convenient. With full kitchens we were able to prepare our own meals and not have to rely on going out, since dining out has very limited options, which was great with us. The beds were fine, but pillows were way too big. I'd recommend bringing your own. Conveniently located near the Navajo lodge of Brian Head resort, the parking lots are adjacent to each other, so it was easy to go skiing. Everything was clean and comfortable with enough other things to do (ping pong, pool table, fusball, air hockey, pool and Jacuzzi) not to get bored. It was very relaxing and we'd go there again.

It's not all that close to either of those parks...
I do not think they allow pets. I didn't see any.....there are other resorts in area that may.
